Delivery Information
- Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

- International: 10–15 business days (depending on destination)
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in our sarees and ensure they are carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our policy is as follows:
- Eligibility: Returns/exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged products.
- Timeframe: You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, sale, or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
- Once your return is approved and the product reaches us in its original condition, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
